Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between Inventory Edge, LLC (“Inventory Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or organization using our websites, RV reference tools, photo-processing services, accounts, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, clicking acceptance, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and business use
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to accept these Terms for yourself and, when applicable, the company or organization identified in your account. The Services are designed primarily for RV-industry and other commercial users.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate, current account, company, and contact information.
- Protect your password and account access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@myinventoryedge.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits or permits use by an unrelated organization.
3. RV reference tools and third-party information
RV Search and related reference tools help users locate RV records, specifications, and links to public third-party resources. Records may combine, normalize, or index information obtained from public sources. Third parties may use different manufacturer, model, series, floorplan, or specification names.
Third-party names, trademarks, information, pricing pages, specification pages, and links remain the responsibility of their respective owners. Inventory Edge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by J.D. Power, RVUSA, manufacturers, or linked websites unless expressly stated. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Verify information that is important to a purchase, valuation, financing, insurance, repair, or other decision.
4. Photo-processing service
You may upload photographs and related folder or inventory information for processing. You retain ownership of your uploaded materials. You grant Inventory Edge and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, process, and deliver those materials solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested Services.
You represent that you own the uploaded materials or have all permissions necessary to submit and process them. You are responsible for reviewing every processed image before publishing or relying on it. Do not use the Services to conceal material damage, misrepresent a vehicle or product, infringe another person’s rights, or create unlawful or deceptive content.
5. Trials, subscriptions, and usage limits
Free trials, onboarding allowances, subscription prices, included units, photo ceilings, and add-on charges are described in the applicable offer, checkout, or account dashboard. Those plan-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms. Trials may be limited to one per customer or organization.
Paid plans renew as disclosed at checkout until canceled. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge recurring and approved one-time amounts, taxes, and fees. We may warn, pause, reject, or review activity that reaches plan limits, appears automated or abusive, threatens service reliability, or materially exceeds expected usage. We will not convert a free trial to a paid plan without the authorization described at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Break any law or violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Upload malware, harmful code, unlawful content, or content you lack permission to use.
- Probe, bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at unreasonable volume, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
- Resell, sublicense, copy, or commercially exploit the Services except under a written agreement with Inventory Edge.
- Use automated methods to evade account, unit, photo, rate, or billing limits.
- Use processed images or reference data to make false, misleading, or deceptive representations.
7. Inventory Edge property
Inventory Edge and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, designs, branding, documentation, compilations, and original content, excluding your uploaded materials and third-party content. These Terms provide only a limited, revocable right to use the Services as intended.
8. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
9. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify or discontinue features, maintain the Services, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” INVENTORY EDGE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, RV DATA, THIRD-PARTY LINKS, PRICING, SPECIFICATIONS, OR PROCESSED IMAGES WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVENTORY EDGE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID INVENTORY EDGE FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU USED ONLY FREE SERVICES. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Inventory Edge against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your uploaded materials, misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
Iowa law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or serving Warren County, Iowa. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by written notice.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the updated version and effective date and, when required, provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. General provisions
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan or checkout terms form the agreement for the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or by operation of law.
